29 Nov Are You Really Worthy? Or Do You Self-Sabotage?
Why do we sometimes self-sabotage when we are on our journey towards our goals? Well, it’s because we don’t feel worthy them! Sometimes we can set too high goals! If you for example set a new goal of earning $10 millions next year, and now you only earn $50 K, maybe you´re not ready to earn the $10M, because you don’t feel worthy, then you start to self-sabotage your self and get back to the income you feel you are worth.
Or maybe it’s the opposite, you are worth more than you have now, for example you are in a relationship and you feel that you are growing faster than your partner, or suddenly you have bigger goals, well maybe then you feel worthy something more so you limit yourself.
You probably have heard that when the student is ready, the teacher appears. Well, you need to be ready to go to the next level, and it’s a process of working step-by-step, so you feel fully worthy. Else you will start to self-sabotage and get to the level you feel worthy.
So work step-by-step, set the right goals and feel grateful for what you have now, then you can take in the new things and feel worthy to move to the next level in your life.
